#So Let’s See How To Bake Our Graphics Card

Step 1 – Remove The Faulty Graphic Card: First, you’ll need to open your computer’s casing by unscrewing the side cover. After that, unscrew the graphics card screw and remove your card gently from its PCI Slot, without creating any damages. Step 2 – Remove Graphic Card’s Heatsink: After when you remove your card, then now it’s time put your card upside-down on a safe surface (Like towel or something) and unscrew all the screws who’s holding the GPU’s Heat Sink. Step 3 – Clean Your Graphics Card: Cleaning is a very important and main thing to do, before performing any type of Reflow process. If you didn’t clean the GPU’s Printed Circuit Board, then it’s quite possible that the dust will stick with the soldering metal while between the heating process. Proper clearing does necessary and make sure you can’t skip it too; The best way to clean a PCB is by using an ‘Air Pressure Dust Remover Can’ which can remove all the dirt even without touching the PCB. So first, you’ll need to put the tray and close the oven’s door and set the timer for about 2 min at 200 degrees C, and after when the 2 minutes get completed then just increase the heat for about 230 Degree C for 2 more minutes. Caution – Don’t Over Heat the Card. Step 7 – Let The Card Cool Down: After 4 or 5 min of baking, don’t just suddenly take out your graphics card. You’ll only need to open the Oven’s door and leave it for a while to cool it down. Step 8 – Get The Card Ready: After when your card cools down, put the new thermal paste on the GPU chip and then screw back it’s Fan & Heat Sink. Step 9 – Testing: At last, now it’s time to the test your Graphic Card is working properly or not.
